Black Sesame and Strawberry Ghost Parfait

黒胡麻といちごのおばけパルフェ

This season's original Parfait is a dark, jet black color, but still very cute.

This slightly Japanese parfait, available only at this time of year, is the perfect contrast between the rich black sesame seeds and the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry and raspberry sauce.

From top to bottom, the parfait consists of meringue ghost, raspberry powder, sweet potato bean paste cream, tuile d'antilles, chocolate, strawberry daifuku, black sesame ice cream, strawberries, raspberry sauce, flakes, shiratama (rice flour dumplings), black sesame sauce, and sesame pudding.

真っ黒のダークな色合いなのに、とってもかわいい、今期のオリジナルのパルフェ。

この時期だけの少し和なパルフェは濃厚な黒胡麻と、いちごやラズベリーソースの甘酸っぱさのコントラストが絶妙な仕上がりに。

パルフェは上からメレンゲおばけ、ラズベリーパウダー、さつまいも餡クレーム、チュイール・ダンティル、チョコレート、いちご大福、黒胡麻アイスクリーム、苺、ラズベリーソース、フレーク、白玉、黒胡麻ソース、胡麻プリンとなっております。
