From the bottom up, the parfait is layered with strawberry and cherry blossom bean paste cream, strawberry and cardamom jelly, lychee-scented rice flour dumplings, rice crackers, strawberries, macarons, cherry blossom ice cream, cookies, chocolate mousse, cherry blossom meringue, and leaf tuile.
