Sakura-scented strawberry parfait

A gorgeous-looking parfait with layers of spring colors served in a large glass.

The top is decorated with petal-like meringues, chunks of chocolate, and strawberries, making it so cute you'll want to take a photo.In addition, there is a crispy tart (cookie) part on top, so you can first take a bite as is, and then crumble it into the parfait...you can enjoy the change in texture twice.

The parfait is layered from the bottom up with cherry blossom jelly, yuzu chantilly, feuilletine, and fromage mousse, and is garnished with almond tuile, cassis sorbet, and strawberries.It is finished off with chocolate cherry blossoms and leaf tuiles, giving it a spring-like taste and a variety of textures.

Not only is it cute, but you can also enjoy the sweet and sour taste, mellow flavor, and accents of texture with each layer.
