A translucent jelly is layered with crunchy granola, rich crème anglaise mousse, and sorbet, creating a multi-layered flavor that changes with every bite.

Be sure to try this limited-edition signature dessert for this season, which delicately depicts the scenery of the rainy season with hydrangeas and a snail on top and adorable meringue.

The parfait consists of, from bottom to top: pear and lime jelly, caramel sauce, crème anglaise mousse, granola, pear sorbet, konpeito (sugar candy), pear, blueberry, snail cookie, ganache Montée Dulce, teru teru bozu meringue, and hydrangea cookie.
