A gorgeous parfait featuring juicy pears compoted in red wine, layered with the aromas of rose and black tea.

The subtle tartness of the raspberries adds a delightful accent, allowing you to enjoy a refined sweetness.We decorated it with Venetian mask-shaped chocolates to express the world of a masquerade ball.

The parfait consists of Venetian mask chocolate, rose petals, pear in red wine compote, vanilla chantilly cream, raspberries, almond crumble, black tea mousse, and white wine and amber jelly.
